Client Relationship Manager - Japanese Speaker

About the role

IC, a global trading company with over 15 years of experience, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager who speaks fluent Japanese. The position is full-time and on-site in Limassol, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. You will help clients through onboarding, manage relationships with clients and partners, and promote the company's trading platforms and products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and manage relationships with new and existing clients and partners
• Educate clients on how to use the trading platforms and products
• Contact clients proactively by telephone and email to promote products and services
• Handle incoming client queries by telephone and email
• Maintain accurate records of client communications on the company's systems
• Research regional business opportunities and ensure KPIs are met
• Support other departments, manage your own workflow and carry out other tasks required for the role

Required profile

• Fluent Japanese speaker
• Business professional in verbal and written English
• At least 1 year of experience in the Forex industry in a similar role
• Broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably foreign exchange
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule and in a regulated environment following governing body guidelines
