Junior Associate Director, Client Delivery (Nexus)

About the role

MUFG Investor Services, a division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, provides fund administration, banking, payments, custody and related services to public and private funds. This Junior Associate Director role sits within the Nexus Client Delivery function and reports to the Associate Director of Client Operations. It is a hybrid position based in Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fund accounting services to private equity and hedge fund clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing and cash and security position reconciliations
• Prepare portfolio pricing in line with fund documents and valuation policies
• Prepare capital calls, distributions and their allocation, and fee schedules including management fees and waterfalls
• Prepare investor allocations per NAV cycle so that capital transactions and P&L are booked and allocated correctly
• Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables defined in service level agreements, and complete other ad hoc requests and projects
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients to meet deliverables and requests
• Prepare and assist with audited financial statements, audit assistance and other regulatory services where applicable

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
• Working experience in financial services (accounting, audit, fund services or similar)
• Professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA is considered an asset
• Some supervisory experience is a plus
