Sales Representative - Real Estate, Paphos

About the role

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing property companies in Cyprus and Greece, offering property sales, rentals, property management, construction and more. It is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales performance across its real estate portfolio in the Paphos region.

Key responsibilities

• Sell bbf: properties within the Paphos region of Cyprus.
• Manage the sales of bbf: own developments fully.
• Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
• Act as the face of the company at events, presenting in front of crowds when needed.
• Meet personal and business sales targets.

Required profile

• A minimum of 2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
• Fluency in English; Russian is a major advantage.
• A solid understanding of the Cyprus real estate market and its key client, agent and partner channels is a strong advantage.
• Result-driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player.

Required skills

• Confident negotiation, sales and communication skills.
• Excellent oratory skills and the ability to present in front of a crowd.
