Sales Associate – Property Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join an established property management company. You will handle customer inquiries, present rental options and drive bookings through various property rental platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from initial contact through to booking via property rental platforms.
• Present and negotiate suitable rental options to potential customers.
• Assist customers throughout the booking process and manage client contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, real estate agencies, and relocation agencies.
• Meet clients face‑to‑face to develop and strengthen business partnerships.
• Welcome walk‑in clients, understand their needs and present suitable rental options.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in hospitality or real estate is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English; Russian or Ukrainian a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking, organisational and time‑management skills.
