Sales Director – Real Estate Development

About the role

A growing real estate development company is seeking a Sales Director to lead its expanding team in Limassol. The role involves driving sales performance, shaping strategy, and ensuring seamless client experiences from inquiry to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales team to consistently meet performance metrics and KPIs.
• Design, implement and optimise end‑to‑end sales processes.
• Train, mentor and support sales managers while handling escalated operational issues.
• Maintain a structured database of clients and real‑estate properties.
• Create and execute sales strategies across all project stages.
• Support clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closing and project hand‑over.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, KPIs and activity reports to senior management.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with brokers and agents.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, lead quality assessment and policy refinement.
• Conduct high‑level negotiations with investors and drive retention and loyalty.
• Participate in broker presentations, industry events and networking activities.
• Monitor sales budget and ensure KPI fulfilment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real‑estate sector.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong command of MS Office.
