Project Manager (Product Stream)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Payment Orchestration product stream. The role focuses on execution excellence, ensuring that cross‑functional teams deliver features on time while maintaining PCI DSS compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives across the stream.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery planning.
• Track progress, timelines, risks, blockers and cross‑team dependencies.
• Maintain delivery transparency using Jira, dashboards and status reporting.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, remove bottlenecks and optimise team workflows.
• Collaborate with the Integration Stream Project Manager on cross‑stream initiatives.
• Support product managers in backlog prioritisation and task structuring.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence and enforce consistent delivery standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project or delivery management experience in product‑focused software companies, preferably FinTech, Payments or SaaS.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives and resolve cross‑team dependencies.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent English (B2+).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time and throughput.
• Experience with Metabase is a plus.
