Senior AI Platform Engineer

About the role

Scorewarrior is building an AI Platform team and needs one of its first engineers. You will help dramatically increase the leverage of LLMs for engineering and product teams by creating shared production infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate core AI infrastructure, including model access, provider abstraction, identity, credentials, quotas, fallback, usage and cost visibility.
• Develop managed MCP infrastructure with tool‑level access control, auditability and self‑service onboarding.
• Design runtime and orchestration capabilities for production AI agents, covering knowledge retrieval, log analysis, code execution and workflow automation.
• Implement observability, evaluation and security guardrails for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn high‑impact AI use cases into reusable platform capabilities.
• Own systems end‑to‑end: architecture, implementation, deployment, observability and production support.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing and delivering production backend, infrastructure or platform services.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of service/API design, distributed systems and data flows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, observability, reliability and production operations.
• Practical knowledge of authentication, authorization, secrets management and secure service design.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems, make architectural trade‑offs and deliver end‑to‑end production solutions.
• English and Russian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• CI/CD pipelines, observability and reliability engineering.

• LLM application infrastructure, model gateways, MCP, evaluation frameworks.
