About the role

Join a fast‑growing international iGaming operator expanding its customer operations team in Cyprus. This position supports players across multiple brands via live chat, email and phone, providing a bilingual Korean‑English service.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries across live chat, email and phone in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist customers with account questions, general queries, service requests and complaints.
Identify, investigate and resolve issues promptly while maintaining accurate interaction records.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure concerns are addressed and product knowledge is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

Fluent in Korean (written and spoken) and good level of English.
Previous experience in customer service, support, sales or telephone support.
Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
Open to relocating to Cyprus (relocation and visa support provided).
