Junior Direct Sales Representative

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Junior Direct Sales Representative to join a client’s team. You will focus on acquiring new SOHO customers within an assigned territory, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting SOHO customers.
• Execute structured sales roadmaps and daily/weekly field plans for maximum territory coverage.
• Conduct regular road trips and on‑site visits to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through continuous prospecting and networking.
• Develop long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals.
• Promote and sell the full portfolio of telecom products and services.
• Provide tailored telecom solutions aligned with customer business requirements.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, pipeline status, and action plans.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field (Business or Marketing advantageous).
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong hunter mindset with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, resilient, and target‑oriented.
• Valid driving licence (company car provided).
• Fluent in Greek and English.
