About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our regional sales and business development initiatives for D Prime, a global online broker offering multi‑asset CFD trading. In this senior position you will drive growth, manage high‑value client relationships and build a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high‑value client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities across the region.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Business Development Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute forward‑thinking sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and optimise lead conversion.
• Use analytics and data‑driven insights to refine sales processes and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and building high‑performing teams.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership abilities.
• Strong expertise in business development and client acquisition.
