About the role

Platinumlist.net is the leading ticketing provider in the GCC and Europe, seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in Cyprus. You will lead strategic account acquisition, manage tender processes for major sports and entertainment events, and build strong relationships with government bodies and venue operators.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage key strategic accounts.
• Acquire deep knowledge of company technology and product offerings.
• Analyze market trends to refine business models and identify new revenue streams.
• Research, evaluate, and secure tenders for major sports and entertainment events in Cyprus.
• Establish and nurture relationships with governmental and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain relationships with venue operators across Cyprus.
• Attend high‑profile events to stay abreast of market dynamics and competition.
• Provide leadership, monitoring, and strategic road‑mapping for sales teams to exceed targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
• In‑depth experience in the event industry in Cyprus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work variable hours as needed.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to develop sales budgets and track team performance.
• Fluency in Greek is highly desirable.
