Head of In-App Advertising (Europe, Remote)

About the role

Torox is a global rewarded user acquisition and monetization platform that partners with leading gaming, fintech and consumer brands. We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Head of In-App Advertising to build and lead our mobile and in-app advertising activity across Europe, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Torox’s mobile advertising strategy and build the in-app advertising activity from the ground up.
• Establish partnerships with advertisers, agencies, app developers, publishers, DSPs and mobile traffic sources.
• Acquire and manage mobile advertising demand and supply, leading campaign launches, commercial negotiations, pricing and partner onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with Ad Operations, Product and Business Development teams to monitor performance and ensure sustainable growth, profitability and scalability.
• Build the processes, technology requirements and team needed to grow the mobile division.

Required profile

• Proven experience working for a mobile advertising agency, ad network, DSP or similar company.
• Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition, in-app advertising, programmatic buying and performance marketing.
• Existing relationships with mobile advertisers, agencies, publishers and traffic partners.
• Experience managing both demand and supply sides of the business and strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization.
• Ability to independently build a new business activity and take full ownership of its growth.
• Excellent English communication skills; experience managing a team or building a business unit is a strong advantage.
