Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for data, AI, and enterprise transformation solutions. The role is fully remote and focused on the Cypriot market, engaging senior decision‑makers to modernise data infrastructure and accelerate AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute structured outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Target senior leaders in sectors such as shipping, retail, finance, energy, and healthcare.
• Book qualified meetings for senior sales and account management teams.
• Qualify prospects using MEDDIC and BANT methodologies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in Dynamics 365, including interactions and forecasts.
• Provide market insights and identify common objections, competitor positioning, and emerging technology trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Cypriot business environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English with confidence communicating with C‑suite stakeholders.
• 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, business development, or sales development roles.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and working in an outbound sales environment.
• Interest in technology, cloud, data, AI, or digital transformation.

Required skills

• Experience using Dynamics 365 for CRM and pipeline management.
