Back Office & Customer Support Officer

About the role

Join our team at Errante. We are seeking a Back Office and Customer Support Officer to ensure smooth internal operations and enhance the customer experience. The role may overlap depending on experience and can include specialized responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and support services efficiently to the Back Office & Support team.
• Handle incoming customer emails, tickets and chat channels professionally.
• Implement strong Know Your Client procedures for all potential and existing clients.
• Collect and update all necessary documentation.
• Liaise with the Head of Back Office and Customer Support on queried issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to a high business standard.
• Second language is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Back Office officer and Customer Support in the financial services industry.
• Strong email and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of FX‑Backoffice CRM, other CRMs, MT4 and MT5 managers is a plus.
• Flexible work schedule with evening shifts required.
