TikTok Digital Manager

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok Digital Manager to lead advertising campaigns for our top clients on the fast‑growing TikTok platform. You will work closely with the TikTok Dubai team and major MENA advertisers to plan, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns that meet defined KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end TikTok advertising campaigns for high‑value clients.
• Perform daily optimisation of budgets, bids and creative assets to achieve ROI and KPI targets.
• Oversee always‑on creative management: analyse performance, order new assets, run tests and scale winning creatives.
• Measure, analyse and report campaign results using analytics and mobile‑attribution tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party trackers to ensure accurate acquisition data.
• Design and execute A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve performance.
• Develop data‑driven proposals and experiments to boost campaign metrics.
• Identify and recommend new digital channels that can efficiently increase user acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and analytics teams across the company.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing on TikTok, preferably for technology‑focused brands (e‑commerce, travel, gaming, fintech).
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to interpret data, spot trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and client interactions.
