Meeting Services Team Manager

About the role

Sales Explorers is seeking an experienced Meeting Services Team Manager to lead a delivery team of five Delegate Engagement Managers and Project Executives. In this hands‑on leadership role you will own the delivery of multiple international Meeting Services programmes, ensuring high‑quality client experiences and achieving performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of five, setting objectives, monitoring KPIs and supporting career development.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of international Meeting Services programmes, managing timelines, quality standards and client expectations.
• Act as senior delivery lead for client accounts, presenting progress updates and building trusted relationships.
• Contribute personally to strategic or high‑profile projects and share best practices to improve team processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years’ experience in the B2B events industry.
• 5+ years’ experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex conference, exhibition or executive networking projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally 1‑2 times per quarter.
