Strategy & Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Strategy & Revenue Operations Manager to own marketplace performance, pricing effectiveness, and revenue optimisation across international markets. You will act as a key business owner for market performance, collaborating with Analytics, Product, Finance and Regional Operations to turn data insights into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance of assigned markets or order types against growth, revenue, utilisation and margin KPIs.
• Monitor core marketplace metrics, identify gaps and drive corrective optimisation initiatives.
• Define, test and optimise pricing levers based on local dynamics and business objectives.
• Analyse supply‑demand dynamics, recommend actions to improve availability, utilisation and service reliability.
• Use dashboards and data to track performance, diagnose issues and support decision‑making.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics on investment analysis, market business cases and performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders around priorities, timelines and outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy, analytics or consulting (marketplace or mobility experience a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and drive business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces in a fast‑paced environment.
