Senior Commercial Lawyer – B2B iGaming Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Senior Commercial Lawyer to own B2B iGaming contracts from initial request through to signature. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve blockers, assess risk and keep agreements moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and B2B agreements, including marketing, licensing, SaaS, payment and affiliate contracts.
• Take primary responsibility for iGaming platform, software and technology contracts, managing the full contract lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk and senior management to understand requirements, coordinate approvals and deliver practical solutions.
• Identify and resolve legal or commercial blockers, coordinate internal comments, manage counterparties and ensure timely execution.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice, prioritising contractual, regulatory and financial risks and recommending proportionate solutions.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory advisers when specialist or local‑law advice is required while retaining internal ownership.

Required profile

• Law degree from a common‑law jurisdiction.
• 4–6+ years post‑qualification experience in a commercial or in‑house environment, preferably within B2B iGaming.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex negotiations and multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong commercial risk assessment skills and ability to distinguish material legal, regulatory and financial risks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
