Regulatory Compliance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Associate to support licensing applications and ensure continuous compliance with CIF and CASP regulations for a financial services consultancy based in Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CIF and CASP compliance continuously and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations.
• Draft annual regulatory compliance reports, manuals and policies, providing guidance on implementation.
• Lead the licensing procedure for new CIF and CASP applications.
• Draft, review and track reporting deadlines for CIF and CASP.
• Coordinate licensing procedures across multiple jurisdictions such as CySEC, FSCA, DFSA, FSRA, FSA Seychelles and FSC Mauritius.
• Lead internal audit engagements, perform on‑site inspections and deliver recommendations for identified weaknesses.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance or legal advisory within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Good knowledge of MiFID II and Investment Firms Law (desirable).
• Previous experience working with CIF/CASP licensing or supporting clients in this space.

What we offer

• Salary €30,000 – €45,000 gross per year plus benefits.
• Hybrid working model with office presence in Limassol.
