Sales Manager – German Market

About the role

We develop and sell residential and commercial property in Paphos and are expanding into the German market. This role is for an independent professional who will build the German market from scratch, leveraging personal experience and network.

Key responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline of German clients through networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Develop a partner network of real estate agencies, brokers, relocation and investment advisors.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signing.
• Present properties online and on‑site in Paphos.
• Manage deals and contribute to marketing activities aimed at the German market.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with German‑speaking clients and understanding of the German market.
• Established professional network in Germany (agents, brokers, advisors, etc.).
• Ability to proactively reach clients rather than rely solely on inbound leads.
• Fluent in German and English; Russian is a plus.
