VIP Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive VIP Account Manager to nurture and retain high‑value players for our iGaming platform in Limassol. You will be the primary point of contact for premium clients, delivering fast, personalised service that goes beyond standard support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value players, building genuine relationships.
• Proactively reach out to clients via phone, email and messenger, not only when issues arise.
• Guide players through games, bonuses, promotions and platform features.
• Monitor player activity, identify early signs of churn and intervene promptly.
• Handle complaints and special requests with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed, up‑to‑date player profiles in the CRM system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in VIP support, account management or customer success within iGaming, Forex or Crypto.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+); additional European language (German, Dutch, French) is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of high‑value client psychology and retention strategies.
• High empathy, composure under pressure and ability to manage demanding personalities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on preventing problems.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar task‑management tools.
• Outbound calling and proactive outreach experience.
