VIP Account Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking VIP Account Manager to build long‑term, trusting relationships with our most loyal customers. The role involves providing fast, accurate service, handling a portfolio of VIP accounts and ensuring high retention rates within the iGaming industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide fast, accurate, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Meet personal and team sales targets and call‑handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, propose solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.
• Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote a “Safer Gaming” philosophy.
• Stay up‑to‑date on rules, processes and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Willingness to work within an international team.
• Customer‑orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Accountability and conscientiousness.
• Previous experience with VIP client service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
