UI/UX Designer – Quality of Life Features

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will focus on quality‑of‑life features for our cross‑platform MMO strategy game. You will join a cross‑functional team of 10+ professionals and take concepts from early UX ideas through to final UI implementation, ensuring consistency with the game’s style.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve UX/UI solutions for new and existing game features.
• Create wireframes, low‑fidelity prototypes, and interaction flows based on documentation.
• Conduct basic UX research, analyse player behaviour, identify pain points and propose improvements.
• Produce visual assets such as icons, buttons, windows, and small illustrations, and define animation and effect specifications for developers.
• Prepare and hand over assets to developers, maintaining authorial control of layout.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proven understanding of usability principles for game interfaces.
• Experience designing interfaces for mobile and browser/PC games.
• Strong portfolio that showcases UX case studies, preferably with mid‑core or 4X strategy games.
