Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the design of our PSP and payment gateway solutions. You will shape user experiences that drive conversion and ensure seamless payment flows for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of PSP and payment gateway products, from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business development to define requirements and execute the product roadmap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and analysis to inform design decisions and improve conversion rates.
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes, iterating based on feedback.
• Produce detailed design specifications for engineering implementation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging payment technologies and incorporate best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI or a related field.
• Several years of product design experience focused on payment solutions, PSPs or payment gateways.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional Agile teams.
• Knowledge of payment industry regulations and security standards is a plus.
