UI/UX Designer

About the role

EY is looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join its Transformation Realized™ consulting practice in Cyprus. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to shape digital experiences for a variety of client projects, helping to translate business needs into intuitive, high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to uncover target users’ needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs that communicate the intended experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all digital products.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, or equivalent proven experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Strong understanding of human‑centered design principles and the end‑to‑end design process, including research, personas, journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, testing, and visual delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced consulting environment and communicate design decisions clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
