UI/UX Designer – Brand Marketing

About the role

Mayflower is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create web and digital experiences for the Brand Marketing department. You will translate brand creative direction into high‑quality, usable digital interfaces across desktop and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Design web and digital experiences from concept through final UI and developer handoff.
• Translate brand concepts into engaging, usable digital interfaces and explore visual directions within brand guidelines.
• Work on information architecture, content hierarchy, navigation, and user flows as needed.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop and mobile, incorporating interactions, motion and micro‑interactions where valuable.
• Apply and reuse existing UI patterns, components and design‑system principles.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, design and development teams throughout the design and implementation process.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished, production‑ready web and digital interface design.
• Excellent visual craft with attention to typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, imagery and spacing.
• Solid understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture and responsive web design.
• Ability to balance creative expression with usability, business goals and brand consistency.
• Experience working independently while collaborating with designers, marketers and developers.
