About the role

Join EY’s Technology and AI Transformation Graduate Programme starting September 2026. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help organisations shape technology strategies, modernise operating models and deliver large‑scale AI‑enabled transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business and technology challenges for clients across multiple industries.
• Assist in defining technology agendas, enterprise architecture and AI strategies.
• Support the design and delivery of large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Help modernise operating models, improve service resiliency and accelerate change.
• Collaborate with senior teams to translate business priorities into technology solutions.

Required profile

• Graduating soon, recently graduated, or early‑career professionals interested in consulting.
