Team Leader - KIABI Metropolis Mall

About the role

Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion, is recruiting a Team Leader for its KIABI store at Metropolis Mall in Larnaca. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports the store management in motivating and developing the team while achieving store targets. It is a full-time position with an indefinite contract.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in store and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Keep the store fully stocked and assist with the sales process
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend products or merchandise
• Take payments for purchases and package them
• Take inventory and monitor the sales floor
• Make sure other staff follow company guidelines and procedures
• Open and close the store and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Serve as the company's brand representative and uphold the highest standards
• Achieve sales goals and take on higher responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Required profile

• Experience in a similar sales position is an advantage
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable attitude
• Attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Required skills

• Able to handle cash and credit card payments
• Computer skills to use the retail sales program
• Ability to manage schedules and inventory
