Visual Merchandiser (In Store) - Sneaker10, Nicosia Mall

About the role

Cosmos Sport SA, part of JD Sports Fashion Plc, is looking for a Visual Merchandiser for its Sneaker10 store at Nicosia Mall. The role keeps the store image attractive and commercial, applies visual merchandising standards and reacts to sales results to make the store more profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the store image attractive and commercial at all times
• Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines
• Perform store changes quickly and in an orderly way
• Use tools to analyse and calculate profitability and optimise selling space
• Monitor sales figures and performance indicators and adapt product measures accordingly
• Know the customer profile, product potential and competitors' strategies
• Ensure replenishment and additional orders so the store has the right product
• Communicate with the team about new products and merchandising changes and suggest solutions for out-of-stock items
• Report regularly to management and support them in store duties
• Work cooperatively with other store team members

Required profile

• 1 year of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a sports or fashion retail environment
• Detailed knowledge of the product and the retail industry preferred
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong client-service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and to work in a team
