Tax Assistant – Business Tax (Nicosia or Limassol)

About the role

Deloitte’s Business Tax team in Cyprus is seeking motivated Tax Assistants to support a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. You will work in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to both compliance and advisory tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on a broad range of tax compliance and advisory engagements.
• Prepare, review and submit various tax forms for clients.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional service to both local and international clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tax legislation and apply developments to client cases.
• Analyse technical client issues and conduct research to propose tailored, tax‑efficient solutions under senior guidance.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Any prior accounting or tax experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent computer literacy.
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
