Tariffs Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Senior Tariffs Project Manager to lead the High Growth Ride Types team across international markets. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery, turning market insights into product features and pricing strategies that drive revenue and marketplace efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle, cross‑functional projects to evolve ride types, coordinating HQ departments and regional teams.
• Own the business backlog, consolidating market research and stakeholder inputs into structured product and marketing requirements.
• Prioritise city launches based on business cases, marketplace dynamics and tariff performance analytics.
• Manage analytical requests, supply assessments, vehicle segmentation reviews and growth diagnostics.
• Prepare C‑level reports, drive stakeholder alignment and present business cases to senior leadership.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Driver Operations, Marketing and Regional teams to ensure coherent planning and execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced tech or marketplace environment.
• Proven ability to translate product and business requirements, manage backlogs and development cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using large datasets to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, marketplace dynamics and pricing mechanics.
• Highly organised, proactive stakeholder manager comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces.
