TA & HR Specialist – IT & iGaming (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a TA & HR Specialist who will own the full recruitment cycle for tech and iGaming positions across our fully remote, international team. Working side‑by‑side with the CHRO, you will also support HR Controlling, reporting and KPI management.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit top‑tier IT and iGaming talent using LinkedIn, social media, niche communities and personal networks.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimise sourcing, screening and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines and conduct psychological profiling and structured assessments.
• Own recruitment KPIs, produce reports and support HR Controlling with strong Excel and data analysis.
• Collaborate on broader HR initiatives such as L&D, employer branding and team development.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting/TA or HR, with at least 3 years in Tech & iGaming.
• Proven track record in active sourcing, headhunting and pipeline architecture.
• Comfortable working fully remote in an international environment and fluent in multiple time zones.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for finding and developing great people.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent sourcing platforms).
• Advanced use of AI‑driven recruiting tools and automation.
• Expert‑level Excel for reporting, data analysis and HR Controlling.
• Boolean search techniques and psychological assessment methods.
