Supply Chain & Logistics Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain & Logistics Officer will support the planning and execution of the company's supply chain activities for a portfolio of well‑known brands. Based in the Dali Industrial area, the role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all supply chain activities, including communication with suppliers and shipment tracking.
• Prepare supplier order templates, create purchase orders, and monitor order status.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimise turnover, and forecast demand.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain supplier performance.
• Support warehouse operations for inbound and outbound shipments and prepare daily KPI reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
