Supervisor, Financial Compliance and Control

About the role

The Supervisor, Financial Compliance and Control ensures that internal control systems, audit procedures, and standard operating procedures for gaming and non‑gaming activities are properly designed, implemented, and operating across City of Dreams Mediterranean. This role safeguards company assets, guarantees accurate revenue reporting, and maintains regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure gaming regulations are reflected in departmental SOPs and report deviations.
• Design, apply, and maintain audit procedures for gaming and non‑gaming areas, including tables, slots, cage, junket compliance, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee audit plan execution, documentation, and evidence collection.
• Act as liaison with gaming regulators, internal and external auditors, and other authorities.
• Prepare daily general ledger entries for gaming and non‑gaming revenue and expenses.
• Review and analyze financial data, identify unusual fluctuations, and report fraud.
• Participate in month‑end departmental reviews and property‑level forecast preparation.
• Audit departmental performance against budgets, historical data, and industry benchmarks.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the audit team to ensure high morale and job satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial roles.
• Experience in gaming or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
• Degree from an accredited four‑year institution in hotel administration, hospitality, finance, accounting, or a related field.
