Store Supervisor – JD Sports Metropolis Mall

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Store Supervisor for the JD Sports store in Metropolis Mall, Larnaca. You will join the junior management team, supporting daily operations and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, handle complaints and enquiries.
• Drive sales targets, monitor staff performance and maximise product range exposure.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor presentable.
• Support training and development of new and existing staff, ensuring completion of required e‑assessments.

Required profile

• Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in fashion or sports.
• Strong time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sports and fashion with a willingness to learn.

• Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
• Proficiency in English language
