Grocery Shift Lead – Wolt Market Larnaca

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Shift Lead to run its Grocery team at its Wolt Market store in Larnaca. The role covers the store's grocery operations while the Store Manager is away, and suits someone with grocery or retail experience who can set a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operations and act as the go-to person when the Store Manager is not present
• Solve issues that the team needs help with
• Monitor and manage workload, efficiency and admin duties
• Collect and forward feedback
• Take part proactively in developing store operations

Required profile

• Experience in grocery stores or retail, ideally as a shift lead
• Proactive, service-minded, fast learner and able to multitask
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week flexibly in all shifts, day, evening and weekend; the store is open Monday to Sunday, 06:30-23:59
• Professional proficiency in both English and Greek
