Store Manager – Paphos

About the role

Wolt Market is expanding its grocery delivery service across Cyprus. We are looking for a full‑time Store Manager to lead our new store in Paphos, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a world‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of the Paphos store, including sales, inventory and service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop 2‑4 Shift Leads, providing them with the tools and knowledge to run their shifts effectively.
• Ensure fast, reliable delivery by coordinating order preparation, stock replenishment and logistics.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, health & safety and compliance with Wolt policies.
• Analyse store metrics and implement improvements to drive growth and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or grocery management, with a focus on team leadership.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
