Store Manager - JD Sports Limassol (My Mall)

About the role

Cosmos Sport S.A. is recruiting a Store Manager for its JD Sports store in Limassol (My Mall). The Store Manager is accountable for every aspect of the retail store's operations, keeping all areas engaged and delivering a world-class guest experience, while also driving talent acquisition, people development and growth within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, handle inquiries and complaints, and foster client relationships and loyalty through clienteling initiatives and events.
• Train, mentor and coach the team, run regular training meetings and ensure staff complete the in-house online Academy.
• Recruit talent through networking and scouting, and keep the team informed on products, policies and procedures.
• Manage daily store operations, monitor productivity against KPIs, analyse reports to support sales decisions and plan staff schedules.
• Partner with Marketing, VM and Commercial departments to build customer retention.
• Keep the store visually appealing: display new and advertised products correctly, update mannequins, displays and windows according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience managing a standalone retail store or department store floor.
• Excellent Greek and English, with good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs, leadership skills and business orientation.
• Knowledge of basic business management processes, excellent communicator, and a passion for sports and fashion.

Required skills

• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Computer skills.
