Stockroom Supervisor – Mall of Engomi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Stockroom Supervisor to join our Cosmos Sport store in the Mall of Engomi. In this junior‑management position you will oversee the daily flow of merchandise, ensure accurate stock handling and support the store’s overall customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, receipt and process deliveries promptly, ensuring correct documentation and timely transfer to the sales floor.
• Maintain an accurate stock file, including pricing and coding of all items in the stockroom.
• Process customer orders according to company standards and meet specified delivery timelines.
• Handle ad‑hoc stock returns and coordinate planned stock transfers to other branches.
• Keep back‑of‑house areas clean, tidy and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Passion for sports and fashion.
• Team‑spirit and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a retail environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
