Statistics Analyst

About the role

Louis Hotels is looking for a detail‑oriented Statistics Analyst to join the Head Office in Engomi, Nicosia. You will work closely with the Revenue team, turning data from multiple sources into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse datasets from PMS, OTA platforms, RMS tools, Excel reports and other systems.
• Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast demand, revenue and customer behaviour.
• Analyse Average Daily Rates (ADR) by period, meal board, room type and other dimensions.
• Participate in yearly pricing strategies for each market and hotel.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and other visualisations to present insights to management.
• Continuously improve analytical processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with statistical modelling, forecasting or basic machine‑learning concepts is an advantage.
• Previous experience in revenue‑management data analysis is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with great attention to detail.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• EU nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
