Software Support Engineer – Onsite (All Levels)

About the role

Revsoft Management Ltd is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join its Limassol office. The role is client‑facing and focuses on providing telephone, email and on‑site assistance for ERP and payment applications. You will work closely with the CTO and a small support team, gaining exposure to both support and development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Investigate technical problems using SQL queries and database tools.
• Assist with software updates, installations and client training sessions.
• Provide minor code fixes and enhancements to existing applications when needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with clear communication in Greek and English.
• Analytical mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player who can coordinate across multiple departments.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
