Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

You will join a team working with Observability, Escalations, Post‑mortems, Correction of Errors, and other practices that will contribute to the company's goal of cloud resiliency. You will be responsible for driving processes around reliability, best practices, cultural change, and enforcement of these practices.

Key responsibilities

• Honor and practice the Resiliency pillar of the Well‑Architected Framework.
• Conduct Chaos Engineering experiments to improve fault‑tolerance.
• Research and monitor cloud migration projects for seamless transitions.
• Design, consult, re‑platform and refactor observability of cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT teams on observability needs and assess compliance.
• Participate in on‑call support rotation 24/7.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of cloud services experience, with at least 3 years on AWS.
• 3+ years in an SRE or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Terraform (HCL) and AWS CloudFormation.
• Git version control.
• Linux, networking and scripting.
• Python and Go programming.
• Kafka (MSK), PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Monitoring, APM, logging and notification tools.
