Site Engineer – Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a leading property development group in Limassol, supporting the delivery of major residential and commercial projects. The role is hands‑on and site‑based, working closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and the wider construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Daily supervision and coordination of construction works.
• Reviewing drawings, quantities and technical specifications.
• Attending site meetings and following up on agreed actions.
• Coordinating with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors and quantity surveyors.
• Monitoring programme, budget and construction quality.
• Preparing and reviewing variation schedules and regular health & safety inspections.
• Supporting permits, regulatory requirements and project documentation.

Required profile

• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer or similar construction role.
• ETEK membership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and QA/QC processes.

Required skills

• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Project.
• MS Office.
