Senior Strategy & Planning Project Manager

About the role

indrive is scaling its Strategy & Planning function and is looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to drive the execution of high-impact strategic projects across its global Ride-Hailing division. The role leads cross-functional projects, builds project squads, manages senior stakeholders and owns the operational cadence of the division.

Key responsibilities

• Align cross-functional goals, ensure clear ownership, unblock dependencies and keep leadership informed of risks
• Champion and implement AI tools to automate project tracking and optimise reporting
• Lead high-stakes, cross-functional projects in Mobility by building project squads and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Design, optimise and own the operational cadence (scope, frequency and agenda) of the Ride-Hailing division, aligned with Legal, Government Relations, Finance and other corporate functions
• Facilitate critical leadership meetings, from agenda setting and pre-reads to follow-up accountability
• Set up a framework to track key initiatives, monitor milestones and escalate bottlenecks early

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO or business operations within a fast-paced tech company
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing cross-functional and multicultural teams across time zones
• Operational rigor: running high-density meetings, driving consensus among senior leaders and turning complex discussions into action items
• Fluent English for everyday business communication
• Strong plus: direct experience in Ride-Hailing, Delivery or dynamic tech companies, especially multi-market or regional operations

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with AI/automation tools for project management and reporting
• Project management and PMO experience
