Senior Researcher – Client Relationships & Service

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Researcher to turn data into actionable insights for the Client Relationships & Service division. You will work from our Limassol office, supporting data‑driven decisions that improve operations, strategy and performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve metrics that reflect product performance and operational efficiency.
• Collect, clean and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions and evaluate them through back‑testing, A/B testing and modelling.
• Build and maintain machine‑learning models and statistical analyses to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to enhance the data landscape and with stakeholders to communicate findings via visualisations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on data‑science experience.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory and causal inference methods.
• Proven experience designing, executing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and partner with development teams.

Required skills

• Python (pandas, visualization and machine‑learning libraries).
• SQL.
• Machine‑learning model development and statistical modelling.
• Causal inference techniques.
• A/B testing design and analysis.
• Data cleaning, transformation and visualisation.
• Familiarity with Spark, Metabase and Grafana (nice to have).
