Senior Project Manager

About the role

Rimes is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, client‑facing implementation projects across its intelligence fabric platform for capital markets. The role will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑workstream implementation projects from planning through deployment and transition to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies, and establish governance frameworks.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment readiness, and formal client sign‑off activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and changes, negotiating scope and commercial impacts with clients.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, steering committees and executive sponsors.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to PM methodology improvements.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex client‑facing implementation or transformation projects in technology, SaaS or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, risks, governance and change control across multi‑workstream projects.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor and develop other project managers.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
