Senior Product Analyst – Gameplay Team

About the role

Scorewarrior is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its Gameplay team for the MMO 4X strategy game Total Battle. You will work closely with game designers to drive data‑informed decisions for late‑game content, live operations and large‑scale events targeting the most experienced players.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze engagement, retention, progression and monetisation of late‑game features such as seasonal kingdoms, holiday events and battle passes.
• Design and validate product metrics and analytical events for new and iterated features.
• Plan, run and interpret product experiments, including quasi‑experiments and before/after analyses.
• Conduct product research to understand player behaviour, motivations and pain points in mature segments.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data marts for the Old Players team.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to answer product and business questions and communicate insights to designers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or equivalents.
• Proven experience in product analytics and product research.
• Ability to design analytical events and metrics aligned with product goals.
• Confident knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
