Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Platform Engineer you will join a high‑performing team that pushes cloud services to their limits using cutting‑edge technologies. You will work in a collaborative DevOps culture, driving automation, reliability and continuous improvement across our Windows, Linux and Kubernetes environments.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and champion good patterns, structures and technology adoption for development and operations.
• Investigate, automate and improve existing processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, suggest and implement enhancements to increase speed, safety and reliability of deployments.
• Develop and maintain GitLab CI pipeline libraries and assist developers with CI/CD setup.
• Provide senior‑level recommendations for Windows, Linux and Kubernetes hosting environments.
• Mentor junior team members and educate application development teams on platform usage.
• Collaborate with Security to remediate high‑risk vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS, release pipeline management, Windows and Linux administration, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement, observability and modern deployment strategies.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies while meeting business deadlines.
