Senior Infrastructure Officer

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure Officer will ensure the reliability, security and efficiency of Tototheo Global’s ICT infrastructure across on‑premises, hybrid and cloud environments. Working closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure and other IT team members, the role provides senior‑level technical support to internal users, partners and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, identity services, Windows and Linux servers.
• Design, operate and troubleshoot network and cloud infrastructure, including AWS services.
• Oversee endpoint management, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead incident and problem management, driving root‑cause analysis and remediation.
• Deliver infrastructure projects, drive continuous improvement and automate operational tasks.
• Produce and maintain documentation and share knowledge across the IT team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems, network, cloud or infrastructure administration.
• Proven ability to support business‑critical infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus or Piraeus, Greece.
