Scrum Master

About the role

BettingJobs is seeking a Scrum Master to join an established iGaming company in Limassol. The hybrid role allows you to work both on‑site and remotely while leading Agile teams in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the development team’s progress.
• Promote a collaborative, self‑organising team culture.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and clarify requirements.
• Track and report key Agile metrics and team performance.
• Support continuous improvement across teams and the wider organisation.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or technology‑focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to quickly identify and address impediments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Limassol.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
